Setup

Swiss Company Formation — AG & GmbH

Form a Swiss legal entity in Zug with full notarial, registry, and post-incorporation support. We handle the paperwork; you stay focused on the business.

2–4 weeks from complete onboarding pack to registry entry

How we deliver this service

Switzerland offers two principal forms for international operators: the GmbH (limited liability company, minimum share capital CHF 20,000) and the AG (joint-stock company, minimum CHF 100,000 with at least CHF 50,000 paid in). Both qualify for Zug's competitive corporate tax regime and are recognised internationally.

Fintech Office prepares the Articles of Association, coordinates the notary appointment, opens the capital-deposit account, files with the Cantonal Commercial Register, and delivers the certified extract — usually within two to four weeks of receiving complete onboarding documents.

For more sophisticated structures — holding companies, intercompany loan flows, token-issuing entities, or multi-jurisdictional groups — we scope the architecture together with you and quote separately.
